    Jax Fish House first opened its doors in Boulder in November, 1994. The Denver store opened in LoDo two years later and we are proud to have our newest Jax now open in Old Town Fort Collins.

    Since our opening, Jax has been consistently voted BEST SEAFOOD, BEST MARTINI and even a brief snag of the coveted BEST HAMBURGER in all the major papers in the Boulder/Denver area.

    Fresh fish arrives every morning from all points on the globe and Executive Chef Sheila Lucero and her crews in each of these kitchens put global techniques and craft to work daily.

    The Jax raw bar takes the preparation and handling of our fresh oysters, clams, mussels, lobster, crab and shrimp very seriously and puts out the finest product you can find.  Don’t miss the world famous, only at Jax - Emersum Oyster.

    The Mixologists behind these bars are nightly spinning award winning martinis and cocktails, pouring local micro-brews and offering an exceptional and intelligent fish friendly wine list.
